"Short Thread" is a 100 second film festival in its first session, aimed at making a positive difference in our societies by giving talented people the opportunity to express their thoughts and view of important issues through movies.

Films are an important tool in the time of inclusive technology, and promoting them is an opportunity to stimulate creativity and thus achieve positive change and cultural and community development.
The festival takes place in Lebanon in 2023, and is one of the projects registered under the name of the Lebanese Association of Arts-Risalat.
Participation is open in the first session from midnight on 26 September until midnight on 25 February 2023, with the festival's conclusion taking place in the first half of December 2023.
